Return conditions

The company returns and exchanges goods in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian laws.

Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the order (for goods of proper quality).

In the case of a return due to the fault of the store (an error in the order package or a manufacturing defect), the return or exchange is carried out at the expense of the store. If there is a return of the product of proper quality through no fault of the store, the shipment is paid by the buyer.

In accordance with current legislation, you can return a good quality product or exchange it within 14 days if:

  • the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
  • the product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
  • all labels and factory markings are preserved;
  • the product retains its commercial appearance and its consumer properties.

By picking up a product from a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, you automatically agree to the quality and packaging of the product. A persuasive request to check the order in the presence of an employee of the transport company.
