Orders are processed during business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Kyiv time zone), Monday through Friday. When you place an order on our website, later you receive a call from the manager. If you place your order after 5:00 p.m., manager calls you the next working day.
Dispatch of the orders:
- Orders are shipped every day at 5:00 p.m.
- If you made the order on the website before 4:00 p.m. of the current day (and in the case of payment by card, you paid for the order before that time), it will be sent on the same day
- If you place your order after 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day
TEMPORARY SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Until the end of 2022, the dispatch of fishing rods and bite alarms is carried out only on Mon, Wed, Fri until 15.00 under the conditions of full prepayment. Delivery to the Nova Poshta department is free.
Payment and delivery terms
Payment
- Upon receipt at the Nova Poshta department (cash on delivery). An additional fee is charged for transferring funds from Nova Poshta
- Payment to PrivatBank card/account. Payment is made to the bank account either by card number or IBAN number. Payment data is provided by the manager after confirmation of the order
- PayPal payment. Payment data is provided by the manager after confirmation of the order.
Delivery outside of Ukraine
Currently, we are able to ship outside of Ukraine:

Orders are sent by the state post of Ukraine with full advance payment. After processing the shipment, we provide an international tracking number of the shipment. The cost of delivery is calculated individually and depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Payment for the order is made using the PayPal payment system. Prices on the website are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias. Recalculation of the order amount for PayPal payment is carried out in euros at the PrivatBank exchange rate on the day of placing the order. Payment details are provided by the manager after confirmation of the order.
Delivery on the territory of Ukraine
- NOVA POSHTA. To the department or address delivery by courier. Delivery to department is free for orders over UAH 1,500. Delivery by courier is always paid.
- UKRPOSHTA Delivery to the branch. Shipping of orders by Ukrposhta is carried out only on the condition of full prepayment of the order. Rods and signaling devices are not sent by Ukrposhta (only Nova Poshta).
- SELF-PICKUP You can pick up your order in Kharkiv. Details will be provided by the manager by phone.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, so each time it is calculated separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.
