I placed an order on the website. When will it be processed?
Orders are processed during business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Kyiv time zone), Monday through Friday. If you place an order on the website, the manager will call you on the same day. If you place your order after 5:00 p.m., the manager calls you the next day.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are shipped every day at 5:00 p.m.
- If you left your order on the website before 4:00 p.m. of the current day (and in the case of payment by card, you paid for the order by that time), it will be sent out to you the same day
- If you placed your order after 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day
Can you help me choose products on the website?
